Who We Are

24 Hour Care

At True Home Healthcare, our 24-Hour Care services provide round-the-clock support and supervision for individuals who require continuous assistance to remain safe and comfortable at home. This service is designed for seniors, individuals with complex care needs, chronic conditions, dementia, or those recovering from serious illness or surgery.

Our care model aligns with Canadian healthcare principles of patient-centred care, safety, dignity, and continuity of care. Care is delivered by trained caregivers working in structured shifts to ensure alert, consistent, and reliable support at all times—day and night.
